Wood wharf is a residential and commercial development in Canary Wharf.Â
SJW Mechanical works included the installation of soil & vent and rainwater pipework over 1 building with 58 levels and consisting of 484 new high-end apartments, also including the fit-out of 153 apartments and an additional 7 penthouse apartments as well as a gym and spa area. Works included hot & cold water services, heating and chilled pipework to FCU’s and AHU’s and high specification bathrooms.
